More Cinnamon Chip Fun!
Ok, can I tell you how hooked I am on these cinnamon chips now? Yesterday was all about the Snickerdoodles that I made with them, and today I tried one of Jenny's recipes at Picky Palate. Jenny has been making quite a few things with these chips the last few months, and I've been drooling over each and every one of them. For today's recipe, I tried her Perfect For Fall Chocolate and Cinnamon Chippers.
These cookies are simply IRRESISTABLE! I had to put them into the freezer to prevent myself from devouring them all at once! They even stay soft and chewy the next day (ok, so I kept a few from the freezer - if you make them, you'll understand why).
Ok, now does anyone know where I can get cinnamon chips in New Jersey? Or am I going to have to have them sent to me from Kansas City? ;) I'm totally hooked now!
Here are some more incredible cookie recipes that I'm adding to my never-ending pile of recipes that I need to make... you'll want to try them, too!
Melanie at My Kitchen Cafe is a woman after my own heart with her Thick and Chewy Double Chocolate Cookies!
Recipegirl is at it again (almost sounds like a super hero whenever I type her name!) with her Cinnamon Bun Cookies... they look just like cinnamon buns!

Your cookies look great!
I made snickerdoodles with cinnamon chips and toffe bits. Yum. Do you have Wegman's near you? That is the only place I can find them in south jersey. Let me know if you need me to mail you some. I bought a bunch the other day.
I wont some cookies now!!
Is your mom in KC?
Just ask and the Good Witch of the West will ship some to you - and you don't have to wait for Mom & Dad's next visit :-)! How many bags do you want? I'll pick them up and send them out this weekend.

I found the cinnamon chips at KINGS supermarkets in NJ. Yay!
You are a bad influence!

I will have to check the King's locally and see if I can get them there. I can't wait to get more and try some other recipes with them.... so addictive!
These sound awesome! I love the combination of cinnamon and chocolate. Delicious!
