A Blogger Thanksgiving - The 3rd Year

I mentioned last week that I had the pleasure of getting together with a couple of fellow food bloggers and enjoying some delicious food!  I promised to share some of the dishes that we enjoyed.

I shared the Apple Pastry Bites that I brought last week.  Those were accompanied by the Baked Goat Cheese and Tomato Salad with Grilled Chicken that Cate (Sweenicks) made.  I loved how the Goat Cheese got a little bit crispy - it just worked beautifully with the tomatoes.  This is the kind of salad that brings a bit of sunshine into the dreary days of winter.

Sarah (Sarah's Cucina Bella) brought these fun Cheesy Loaded Potato Bites... perfectly portioned and full of cheesy goodness!  The slightly crisp outside and cheesy potato inside melts in your mouth making you want to go back for more.  This is something that both kids and adults will enjoy nibbling on whenever it appears on the table.

I can't tell you how addictive the Hot Bacon and Cheese Dip that Cate made was... it's perfect party food, even better to nibble on while watching a football game with friends!  The melty cheese with the crisp bacon with the crushed Ritz crackers on top... it's simply a "WOW" appetizer, that's super easy to pull together.

After enjoying these dishes, I'll be making them for my family and friends.
