More Cookies! Cinnamon Chip Chocolate Cookies
Last weekend, I got so excited when I found cinnamon chips at my local grocery store! I picked up a couple bags and just had to bake with them that day!
I knew I wanted the cookie dough to be chocolate, so I went searching for an appropriate recipe that would work with the cinnamon chips. I found just the recipe at the Joy of Baking website. The only real change I made to the cookie was to use the cinnamon chips rather than white chocolate chips.
Thes cookies are a nice bite-size cookie, they don't spread much either. I used the smallest cookie scoop I have - the 1 tablespoon size. This worked out very well as I prefer a smaller cookie and they were jam-packed with the cinnamon chips which was exactly what I was looking for in this cookie.
